Corporate Chauffeur & Executive Travel

The point of a corporate chauffeur is not the car — it is what the car buys the executive. Back-to-back meetings become working hours. Guest arrivals are handled with the tone that reflects on the host. Roadshows across three cities in two days actually work. ScotLuxe provides corporate chauffeur services to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee and beyond, through a fully vetted driver team on a monthly-invoiced account.

Board meetings, client entertainment and roadshows

The most common corporate use cases: chauffeuring a visiting board member through a day of meetings, entertaining a group of clients across dinner and a whisky bar, or running a two-day roadshow between Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. Each is handled by a named chauffeur for continuity.

Vetted, suited and NDA-compliant drivers

Every ScotLuxe chauffeur is a full employee, DBS-checked and trained in discretion. Confidential in-car conversations are standard — many of our corporate clients are in energy, finance and law where this is non-negotiable. NDAs are signed as part of the account setup.

Conference and event transport

We handle keynote-speaker transport for EICC, SEC Glasgow and P&J Live Aberdeen conferences, VIP transport for Edinburgh International Festival and the Ryder Cup circuit, and delegate transport for smaller executive summits at Gleneagles, Fairmont and Cameron House.

Monthly account and consolidated billing

Corporate accounts are billed monthly against a single PO with a line-item journey log. Standing chauffeur, vehicle and pickup preferences are stored. Ad-hoc bookings by nominated executives or PAs are authorised against the account without repeat approval.

Vehicle recommendations: Mercedes-Benz S-Class — Standard executive spec — the daily corporate car; Bentley Mulsanne — Client entertainment and hosted VIP arrivals; Rolls-Royce Ghost — Board-level or founder-tier hosted transport; Mercedes Vito — Executive team and roadshow group travel.

How does the monthly account work? Set up once with named authorised bookers. All journeys logged, single invoice at month end, PO-referenced.

Can we lock in a specific chauffeur for a visiting executive? Yes — named chauffeur for the duration of the visit is standard for VIP accounts.

Do you cover cross-border into England for corporate? Yes — Edinburgh–Newcastle and Glasgow–Carlisle are common routes. Ask about longer runs.

Are NDAs available? Yes — signed at account setup or per booking. In-car confidentiality is standard regardless.

Can you handle multi-day conference transport? Yes — EICC, SEC and P&J Live delegate and speaker transport is a regular workload.
