Meet-and-greet standard
Chauffeur waits at the arrivals gate holding a discreet name board — no branded livery unless requested. Flight is tracked from wheels-up at origin, so early or delayed arrivals do not need to be flagged. Baggage handling to the vehicle is included. Complimentary water, phone chargers and Wi-Fi in every car.
Long-distance runs and multi-city days
Edinburgh Airport to St Andrews, Glasgow to Turnberry, Inverness to Skibo Castle and Aberdeen to Cruden Bay are among our most common runs. For arrivals distributed across a day — three flights, three pickups, one hotel — we run a coordinated schedule with the same chauffeur and vehicle where sensible.
Corporate and jet card accounts
Recurring corporate and jet-card client arrivals are handled through a named account manager. Consolidated monthly invoicing, standing chauffeur preferences and vehicle continuity are standard.
Vehicle recommendations: Mercedes-Benz S-Class — Solo or two-passenger executive arrivals — the sensible default; Rolls-Royce Ghost — VIP and hosted arrivals where the car itself is part of the welcome; Bentley Mulsanne — Longer runs (Edinburgh–Turnberry, Glasgow–Highlands) in rear-cabin comfort; Mercedes Vito — Four to seven passengers with luggage or golf clubs.
Is flight tracking really included? Yes — every arrival is monitored from departure airport. No charge for early landings, no charge for typical delays.
How much waiting time is included? 60 minutes from landing at no charge. Additional waiting is charged at a modest hourly rate.
Can you meet a private jet on the apron? Yes — apron access is coordinated with the FBO handler. Common at Edinburgh Signature, Prestwick and Dundee.
Do you handle multi-passenger arrivals on different flights? Yes — coordinated meets on a single arrival day are a specialism.
Which airport is best for St Andrews and Fife golf? Edinburgh — 1 hr 15 min to St Andrews. Dundee is closer (25 min) but has fewer international connections.
